The problem
To conduct a pre-hiring background, the employer must get the candidate's consent, collect various documents and deal with all the paperwork and legal issues.
Most of the companies don't have the knowledge and resources to do run this process, here Intelligo comes into play.
Process and solution
The candidate is a secondary customer how doesn't hold a SaaS acoount, and doesn't have an accsess to the fill out details and consents.
Therfore a separate portal has designed, that dedicated entirely for communication with the candidate.

User journey

On the platform, the main client generates a pre-hiring report and provides the candidate's contact details.

The system sends the candidate an email with access to an online portal where he can learn about the process, get to know his rights, and fill in the relevant details and consents.

If the candidate delaying, a reminder will send.

Throughout the process, the customer gets updates on the progress. Without the candidate's consent, the background check will not begin.

The candidate enters the portal through a personal link. There he fills in the details and uploads relevant files, depending on the country he is based and the country where the company operates.

After completing the form, both the candidate and the client receive an email with the forms attached.

The background check can begin safely and legally.
