The problem

When a freelance worker works with different employers, he/she must learn and re-adapt the practices and channels of communication with the employer.

This is a serious waste of time, the work is less efficient and makes it difficult to keep track of progress, both for a freelance worker and a service recipient.

 

User persona

Megan is an independent digital marketing and media manager, she provides a variety of services for a variety of clients with different needs.

All this diversity makes its task management impossible.

 

For example, one of her clients is a design studio, the studio runs three great partners, has two very involved team leaders, and one office manager.

She manages for the studio the site that includes a portfolio and blog by WordPress platform.

Megan's communication with the studio takes place on many different channels - Google Drive, Dropbox, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.

Lots of platforms, lots of communication channels, and lots of disruptions/messes.

 

On the personal side, since Megan works outside of business she has a hard time maintaining communication with her clients and their employees, she will be happy to improve it.

 

The digital world is moving fast, Megan needs a solution that integrates all interfaces and allows her to track the various projects simultaneously.
